Other companies on the internet that claim to offer the same services as The Landlord Tenant Group. However, Florida Statute states that only the landlord, landlord's agent or an attorney may complete, sign and file an eviction.
If, on the 3-Day notice, you are demanding that rent be sent to an address outside of the county in which the property is located in or request the rent be sent to a PO Box, you must give an additional 5 days on the 3-Day notice according to Florida Statute.
The 3-Day notice must also state the name, address and telephone number of the property manager or landlord.
Remember, incomplete and/or defective paperwork could result in your case being dismissed and you having to pay your tenant's attorney's fees.
